At Della Vita, we are committed to the quality of our bathroom accessories and spare parts. To provide confidence in your purchase, we offer a 1 year replacement warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the replacement of defective parts only and does not include any associated labour costs.

Coverage of the 1 Year Warranty:

Bathroom Accessories: Coverage for towel rails, toilet roll holders, robe hooks, soap dishes, and other bathroom accessories against manufacturing defects or structural failures under normal residential use.
Spare Parts: Warranty for defective replacement components, including mounting brackets, screws, or fittings.
Surface Finish: Coverage for manufacturing defects causing peeling, bubbling, or significant discoloration of surface finishes.
Valid only for the original purchaser and applicable to residential installations at the original site.
Requires proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Exclusions:

Products used in commercial or industrial settings.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow Della Vita’s installation and care guidelines.
Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, fading, or discoloration due to aging, sunlight, or humidity.
Surface damage caused by harsh cleaning agents, abrasive tools, or improper maintenance.
Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by unauthorised individuals or not in accordance with Della Vita’s specifications.
Labor costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or transportation of the product.
Accessories or spares installed in outdoor or excessively humid environments that fall outside typical residential conditions.
