- Valid for the original purchaser at the site of the first installation.
- Requires proof of purchase and verification that the product is still at its original installation site.
Exclusions:
- Tapware used in commercial settings.
- Improper installation, misuse, or exposure to water pressure outside of recommended levels.
- Wear and tear, such as minor scratches, fading, or surface tarnishing due to neglect or abrasive cleaning products.
- Products installed with visible defects identified before installation.
- Lack of proper maintenance, such as failure to clean aerators or use of harsh chemicals.
