Della Vita offers a 6 year guarantee on the quality and performance of our toilets. We provide coverage against defects in workmanship and materials, giving you confidence in your purchase. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Coverage of the Toilet Guarantee:
- Defects in the ceramic body, such as cracks, breakage, or glazing issues.
- Faulty flush mechanisms or cistern performance under normal use.
- Valid for the original purchaser at the site of the first installation.
- Requires proof of purchase and verification that the product is still at its original installation site.
Exclusions:
- Toilets used in commercial settings.
- Improper installation or damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning.
- Blockages or plumbing issues not related to manufacturing defects.
- Natural wear and tear, such as minor discoloration or cosmetic blemishes over time.
- Modifications or alterations not in accordance with Della Vita’s specifications.
